IT System Analyst - Tangerang
Job Description

    Create solution (design, system flow diagram, coding)
    Provide technical direction & consultation to users, formulates, assist and support users within the application coverage
    Track, monitors and communicates project progress against the project plan, requirements, quality measures, standard processes, and milestones to enable projects completion within agreed plan, requirements and quality
    Ensure IT project implementation supported by IT application expertise to minimize fall back by giving advice and alternative solution on problem encountered during implementation
    Documentation based on CMMI Standard

Requirement

    Minimum  S1 in Computer Science / Information Technology
    Minimum 3 years experiences in system development as Application Developer or System Analyst
    Skills:
        Application Related (maintenance, system analysis & design),
        Banking Related (application & operations, risk operation, banking business process),
        Client server & N-tiers application architecture, internet network and security architecture
        Computer operating platform & system application
        Database Administration (DB2, Oracle, SQL, etc.)
        IT Policy & Procedures, QA, Strategy & Planning
        Requirements Analysis
        Software Development Methodology
    Having knowledge for banking operational & business process
    Good team player and able to coordinate with other related functions

Job Description

    Serve customers for account opening, maintenance and closing
    Provide account service / facility and explain product information and provide the referral
    Receive and resolve customer complaint and conduct escalation / follow-up to the related section, perform administrative activities associated with customer account according to company service standard to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

    Minimum possess Associate degree in any major
    Have minimum 1 year working experience as customer service in banking
    Maximum 26 years old
    Fluent in English both spoken and written

Job Description

Job Description

    Responsible to handle credit card customers who are in arrears and ensure team working process under his / her supervision in accordance with the applicable standard operational procedure in order to achieve the target which has been set by management
    Implementation collection strategy to keep credit card asset quality, to achieve the financial target
    Establish good relationship with customers by maintaining the level service and billing quality in accordance with applicable billing standard operational procedure and code of ethics

Requirements

    Minimum 5 years in previous bank
    Minimum possess Associate degree

Card Collection Manager - Jakarta
Job Description

    Responsible for credit card portfolio quality as well as the handling of delinquent credit card under his / her supervision to match the company standard and service value and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

    Minimum 3 years as Collection Supervisor
    Minimum 3 years in previous bank

    Have BSMR level 1
