1. Customer
Service Officer - Palembang
Job Description
a. Create
and implement a monthly work plan for potential customers search based on the
targets set
b. Support
the products marketing (funds, services and other products) by offering a right
product alternative, according to customer needs
c. Provide
quality service to walk-in customers in accordance with the provisions and
procedures
d. Digging
customers' needs
e. Provide
up to date information / explanation to customers / non-customers
f. Serve
the request of:
·
Account opening
·
Account closing
·
Facilities granting /
withdrawing
·
Changes in customer data
and account data
·
Other bank services
g. Cross
selling of products and services
h. Serve
mutations account and balance inquiries for branch's walk-in customer
i.
Serve the transaction
printing / cheque book retrieval / BG, giro deposits, clearing repulsion slips,
bank statement, BCA Syariah passport card and other matters relating to the
customer interests
j.
Create manual
transactions journal that occurred in Customer Service
k. Handle
and follow up on customer complaint / grievance
Requirements
a. Age
20 - 28 years old
b. Required
skills (soft Skills / hard skills):

Additional skills:

Job Description
a. Marketing
the Islamic banking products, especially in the field of financing, funding and
services according to the needs of prospective customers / customers
b. Provides
the database of prospective customers / potential customers
c. Create
and implement a monthly work plan for prospective customer / potential customer
searching in accordance with the target set
d. Carry
out an approach and business visit to the prospective customer / customer
e. Analyze
the prospective customer / customer
f. Following
up incompleteness customer documents
g. Accommodate
and provide solutions to customer submitted complaints
h. Create
reports on the trade checking and letter for Bank Checking.
i.
Conduct BI Checking
process, analyze and report the checking result
Requirements
