Headquartered in Lion Air Tower, Jl. Gajah Mada No. 7 in the
area of Central Jakarta, PT. Lion Mentari Airlines, or commonly known as Lion
Air is the low-cost airlines or (Low Cost Carrier) with motto "We Make
People Fly". Through this, Lion Air were trying to convince everyone that
anyone can fly with Lion Air and also always prioritize the safety, security,
and quality.
Fifteen years on the air and serving the public, until now,
Lion Air already flies to 183 routes, which are divided into domestic routes,
which spread to all corners of Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke, and the
International towards a number of countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi
Arabia and China. Number of service certainly will continue to grow because
aviation market in Indonesia which continues to grow rapidly. With total fleet
of 112, aircraft is divided into several types such as Boeing 747-400, Boeing
737-800, Boeing 737-900 ER, and Airbus A330-300. The number of fleet will also
be increased according with the order made by Lion Air.
